Roche has a long tradition of supporting cultural projects. “Roche Continents” is a project that has grown from the partnership between Roche and the Salzburg Festival, where Roche is sponsoring “Kontinente”, an ongoing series of concerts featuring the works of modern composers.
“Roche Continents” has been created for students and post-docs aged 20 to 29 from across Europe. Everything is covered except the cost of your activities on the free day (when you can explore Salzburg and its region) and your personal expenses.
Through “Roche Continents” you can experience performances of contemporary music and try to uncover the common ground of creativity in the arts and science.
In other words, get ready for a week that we’re sure you will find both challenging and fun. You’ll meet up to 99 other young people from across Europe and explore topics from the worlds of art and science. You’ll attend performances of works by an outstanding modern composer at the Salzburg Festival — and much more. And, of course, you’ll also have time to explore the beautiful city of Salzburg in the company of new friends!
